Delivery Policy
We know you’ll want your dog’s treats as quickly as possible, so we pack and dispatch orders without delay.
Place your order before 4pm, Monday to Saturday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day.
Place your order after 4pm, and we’ll dispatch it on the next available working day.
We send all parcels with DPD Next Day delivery. Following dispatch, DPD will provide tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
You can also track the progress of your order directly from the My Account section. Once dispatched, we add tracking information so you can follow its journey.
DPD Next Day is our standard delivery service and most parcels will arrive on the next working day after dispatch.
If you have any problems, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate it for you.
Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your order. But if there’s a problem, please contact us before attempting to return anything.
Many of our products are food items. Some may be perishable or unsuitable for resale once they leave our control. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as expected, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and details of the issue.
Please do not send any products back to us without contacting us first.
Where a return or refund is appropriate, we’ll explain the next steps and arrange this with you directly.
